Limited-Slip additive depletes as the fluid is used. GP-1 Gear Oil has limited slip additive at maintenance level. For new differentials or other applications additional limited slip additives may be required. Driven GP-1 Gear oils use a GL-5 additive package but are not API licensed.
GP-1 Gear oils are formulated for High Performance & Racing applications only.
